Meeting for September 19th 2011- 8:00PM
1. We took attendance.
2. We talked about program announcements and finances.
	-Julian: Fund-rasing
	-Howe: 4th floor
	-4th Gear tournment
	-Jumpstreet (Fitness) 6:15 PM on Wednesday 17 people must have 20 people to go to get the deal
3. Quite hours (Midnight to one is the majority) The motion of placing quiet hours on the ballet was proposed and second, so placing quiet hours on the ballets for the town meeting.
	- The topic of having different quiet hours on differnt days of the weekend. (Thursday was taken out of the ballet due to Friday classes) 
4. Movie Night
	-No one is going
	-Residents choose the movie on a sign up sheet
	-People seem to not want to come
	-Idea of having "passports" to the programs every month so people would want to go the activies
	-New movies, Game nights, Dance party, once a month we have a bigger event (Prom and spring formal)
	-Set up polls in your face such as on the tv, have a media room!!!
	-Diverse movies and games
5. Work out program
	-you work out and you get a price
	-"Passport idea"
	-Prices would come from costco
6. Laudry room
	-No control over price
	-Texting laudry service is now up and running we are just waiting for the password
	-Laudry room is a problem!!!
	-Laudry room $5 bill issue is being looked into
7. Sodexo
	-Hours cannot be changed
	-They need to have food!!!
	-Guest are still not allowed with resident meal plan
	-Have a guest program $65 for 10 punches
8. Media room?
9. Couches for nooks.
	-Use the blue couches for the nooks
10.More representation  
	-Community council --> Floor reps
Liability Issues: (wavers)
	-Jumper cable ideas
	-Possibly a cruches and wheelchair
11. Finances need more time
	-~3 weeks prior to date needed
